What is DevKit Market

DevKit Market is a curated library of production-ready Next.js starter kits, SaaS boilerplates, and free developer tools for solo founders, indie hackers, and engineering teams who would rather ship than scaffold. Every kit is hand-built on Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Prisma — opinionated where it matters, flexible where you need it. Buy once, own it forever: no subscriptions, no seat counts, no licence audits. If you have ever spent a weekend wiring up auth, Stripe, and a dashboard before writing a single feature, this is the shortcut.

Next.js Starter Kits

Production-ready Next.js boilerplates with the boring parts already wired up — App Router, Server Actions, NextAuth or Clerk, role-based access, Prisma migrations, dark mode, SEO metadata, sitemaps, and OpenGraph images all working out of the box. Each Next.js starter kit ships with a clean component architecture, type-safe APIs with Zod validation, and deployment configs for Vercel, Cloudflare, and self-hosted Docker. Whether you are launching a SaaS, a marketing site, or an internal tool, you skip 40–60 hours of plumbing and land on a codebase that has already survived a real audit — not a Twitter screenshot.

AI Developer Tools

Free, no-signup developer tools designed for the AI-assisted coding workflow — every output is engineered to paste cleanly into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Generate Next.js metadata exports, Zod schemas from JSON samples, Prisma models, README files, environment variable templates, Stripe webhook handlers, package.json scaffolds, and Tailwind colour palettes in seconds. Everything runs in the browser. Nothing is stored. No API keys required. These are the tools we use ourselves between commits — they exist because the friction of regenerating boilerplate by hand is the single biggest reason indie projects stall.

SaaS Templates & Admin Dashboards

SaaS templates that include everything past the "hello world" stage: Stripe subscriptions with proration, webhook signing, user dashboards, team invites, audit logs, and admin panels with row-level permissions. The admin dashboards bundle data tables with server-side filtering, chart components, and CSV exports. Waitlist apps include rate-limited signup, email verification, and referral tracking. Each template is a real codebase you fork — not a Figma file, not a tutorial — with the design tokens, accessibility passes, and edge-case handling already done so you can focus on the part of the product only you can build.

Frequently asked

Questions before you ship.

Everything builders usually want to know before forking a kit. Still stuck? Email support@devkitmarket.com and a human will reply the same day.

What does a DevKit Market starter kit actually include?

Every kit is a real, forkable codebase — not a template file or a tutorial. You get the full Next.js 15 source on App Router, TypeScript end-to-end, Tailwind CSS, Prisma schema and migrations, authentication wired with NextAuth or Clerk, role-based access, dark mode, SEO metadata and OpenGraph images, sitemap and robots configuration, plus deployment configs for Vercel, Cloudflare, and self-hosted Docker. SaaS kits add Stripe subscriptions with proration, webhook signing, team invites, audit logs, and admin panels with row-level permissions.

Are these one-time purchases or subscriptions?

One-time purchase. Buy once, own it forever. There are no seat counts, no monthly fees, no licence audits, and no telemetry. You get the source code at the version you bought it, and any future updates we ship for that kit are included free for the lifetime of the kit.

Can I use the kits for client projects or commercial products?

Yes. The licence permits unlimited personal and commercial use, including SaaS products, client work, and projects you sell or monetise. The only thing you cannot do is repackage a kit unchanged and resell it as a competing template. If you build a product with it, ship it — that is exactly what these kits are for.

What tech stack are the kits built on?

Next.js 15 with App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Prisma as the baseline across every kit. Auth uses NextAuth or Clerk depending on the kit. Payments use Stripe with webhook signing. UI uses shadcn/ui components. Validation uses Zod. Each kit is deploy-ready for Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, and Docker — no vendor lock-in.

Are the developer tools really free? What is the catch?

They are genuinely free, with no signup, no API key, no rate limit, and no data sent to a server — every tool runs entirely in your browser. We built them because we use them ourselves between commits. The marketplace exists to fund the time spent maintaining them, but the tools themselves are not a funnel — use them without ever buying a kit and that is fine by us.

Do I get updates after I buy a kit?

Yes. Every kit ships with lifetime updates for the major version you bought. When we patch security issues, bump dependencies, or add features to a kit, you get access to the new version at no extra cost. You will receive an email when there is a meaningful update, with a changelog of what changed and any migration notes.

What is your refund policy?

Fourteen days, no questions asked. If a kit does not fit your needs — for any reason — email support@devkitmarket.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. We would rather refund than have you stuck with code you are not happy with.

How do I get the code after I purchase?

Immediately after checkout you receive an email with a download link and, where applicable, an invite to the private GitHub repository for the kit. You can re-download from your account at any time and pull updates directly from the repo. There is no DRM, no licence server, and no activation step — once it is on your machine, it is yours.
